About the Growth Score

What does the Growth Score measure?
Seven dimensions of your client capture infrastructure: how you handle after-hours calls, how fast you respond to new leads, how visible you are on Google and AI search, your review volume, content authority, pipeline tracking, and whether you show up in AI-generated answers. Each dimension is scored. The result maps exactly where client capture is leaking, in order of impact.
